Murdoch University

Dear Tony,

I am writing to thank both you and your staff for the recent work carried out in support of Western Irrigation with the refurbishment of Farm Bore number on electrical start systems and controls.

Your customer focus and dedication to providing and excellent service allowed us to have this pump back in service with in 3 days, which is an extremely short period of time for this type of major refurbishment work.

Could you please pass my thanks to the staff involved, whom I might add have always been extremely supportive on many previous occasions with keeping essential systems operational.

This type of support from outside contractors is sometimes very difficult to find but you displayed the customer dedication and service on this occasion which augers well for your companies future involvement with Murdoch Univeristy.

I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Yours Faithfully,
Ron Pease
